We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we encourage you to review our refund and return policy below.

Before You Dispute, Talk to Us First
Please do not open a dispute without contacting our support team first. Disputes may result in losing both your money and access to our service. We cannot process refunds for disputed transactions.

Our Refund Promise
We believe in our service 100% and work hard every day to bring you a reliable IPTV experience. But we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. If you’re experiencing an issue that makes the service unusable—and we’re unable to resolve it—we’re happy to offer you a refund.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Email us with the subject: “Request for Refund”.

Include your order/transaction ID.

Explain the issue you’re facing in detail.

We may request proof of the issue, and we’ll also share any relevant logs or evidence from our side to help you understand our findings and final decision.

Refund Conditions
Refunds are only available if you’ve first allowed our support team to troubleshoot the issue.

If the problem can’t be resolved within 48 hours, we’ll issue a refund.

Refunds must be requested within 72 hours of your purchase. After that, only partial refunds may be considered, based on the time used.

If you paid by credit card, please allow 20–31 working days for your bank to process the refund. In rare cases, this may take up to 90 days depending on your bank.

Our payment processors handle all refunds—we’ll begin the process from our end as soon as we verify your request.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:
You’re unhappy with the channel lineup or general content.
We always recommend trying a trial package before committing to a longer plan.

You’re unable to configure your own device or app.
We offer setup support, but please note that we cannot troubleshoot every specific device situation. Our support follows standard setup procedures.

Some channels freeze, buffer, or don’t work temporarily.
While we aim for stable performance, occasional issues may happen due to:

Internet instability

Device/app configuration

Temporary server-side interruptions

ISP restrictions

These issues are typically short-lived, and our team is always working in the background to fix them quickly.

What Happens If There’s a Long-Term Issue?
If you’re unable to access your IPTV subscription for 48+ hours due to an issue on our side, we will:

Either issue a full refund, or

Extend your subscription and add bonus time (we’re happy to work something out with you).
